PVC and PU belt fabrication with pattern embossing, perforation, and edge sealing. PU compound for food-grade belts. Anti-static and oil-resistant surface treatments.
CNC lathe and milling for aluminum (6061) and steel (#45) pulleys. Custom bore, keyway, and flange machining on demand. Tooth profile accuracy verified with optical comparators.
Dedicated production for ring spinning spindle tapes and double-twist tangential belts. High-RPM endurance testing on every batch (25,000 RPM spindle, 1M+ cycle twister). Low-vibration material formulation.
Folder-gluer belts with dimensional stability. Polyamide base belts for carding and roving frames. Cut belts with custom geometry. Small-batch custom runs accepted.
