CNC machined to ±0.02mm tooth accuracy for smooth, quiet operation.
Choose aluminum 6061 for light weight or steel 45# for heavy-duty applications.

Single flange, double flange, or flangeless to match your belt tracking needs.
Aluminum 6061 pulleys are lighter (reducing inertia), have better corrosion resistance, and are more cost-effective for lower torque applications. Steel 45# pulleys offer higher strength, better wear resistance, and are preferred for high-torque, heavy-duty applications. For high-speed applications, aluminum is often preferred to reduce vibration.
Flanges prevent the timing belt from tracking off the pulley. Use single flange on the driven pulley (adjustable position) and double flange on the drive pulley for best tracking. Flangeless pulleys can be used when belt tension is high and tracking is otherwise controlled.
Teeth ratio determines speed reduction/increase. Ratio = driven pulley teeth / drive pulley teeth. For 2:1 speed reduction, use a 40T driven pulley with a 20T drive pulley. Ensure minimum teeth in mesh (usually 6+ teeth) to avoid tooth jumping under load.
